Where stands set up here
In Guymon and Hooker or Goodwell the sure bets are a front yard on a through street, the ball fields on game night, and the market or the square on a Saturday. Everyone drives the same roads; set up on one of them.

The law in Texas County
The same as everywhere in Oklahoma: a kid’s lemonade stand needs no permit, no license and no inspection
under the state’s food freedom law, 2 O.S. § 5-4.3. The law asks for one sign at the stand, and the stand kit prints it.
Towns can have their own rules for selling in public places — your own driveway is private.

The County Cup here
No stand has listed in Texas County yet, so there is no race. The first stand to list takes the county’s Founder badge for good, and the second starts the race. Next door, Beaver and Cimarron are waiting too. The Summer 2027 season opens June 1; voting runs July 15 to August 24, with National Lemonade Day on August 20 right in the middle.
