Where stands set up here
In a county this size everybody knows where everybody sets up: the square or the main street in Wilburton, a yard on the road into town, the field on game night. A stand here gets noticed by the whole county.
Your own yard or drivewayPrivate property. Yours. Nobody to ask.
A park, a market, the ball fieldsPublic. Ask whoever runs it, or city hall, first.
A church lot, a feed store, a shop’s porchAsk the owner. Most are glad to say yes.

The law in Latimer County
The same as everywhere in Oklahoma: a kid’s lemonade stand needs no permit, no license and no inspection
under the state’s food freedom law, 2 O.S. § 5-4.3. The law asks for one sign at the stand, and the stand kit prints it.
Towns can have their own rules for selling in public places — your own driveway is private.

The County Cup here
No stand has listed in Latimer County yet, so there is no race. The first stand to list takes the county’s Founder badge for good, and the second starts the race. Next door, Haskell, Le Flore, and Pittsburg are waiting too. The Summer 2027 season opens June 1; voting runs July 15 to August 24, with National Lemonade Day on August 20 right in the middle.
