Quick answers
Most questions have been asked before. Here are the usual ones.
Can I list a second stand?
Not from the same email — it is one stand per grown-up’s email address, always. A second stand needs a second grown-up. To change the stand you have, sign in; to replace it, take it down first.
Is listing a stand really free?
Yes. No fees, no paid tiers, no “featured listing” upsell — now or ever. Here’s how listing works.
Is the lemonade free?
No. Every stand sets its own prices and keeps every cent it takes. The free part is the listing — that’s what The Squeeze gives away.
How do tips work?
Anyone can tip a stand through its page, even if they can’t get there in person. The tip is paid on our Ko-fi page and passed to that stand in full. The card-processing fee (about 3% plus 30¢) is covered by The Squeeze’s sponsors, so the kid gets every cent. The Squeeze keeps nothing.
How do I change or remove a listing?
Open the stand’s page and tap Manage this listing, or get a sign-in link here. It goes to the grown-up’s email on the listing, works once, and lasts 20 minutes.
How do the contests work?
In the County Cup, stands race the other stands in their own county — never another county. Best Stand in Oklahoma is one vote for the whole state. Every live stand is in both, automatically.
Can I buy merch yet?
Yes. Tees, hoodies, kid and baby sizes, hats, totes, stand gear and stickers are all in the shop. Each one is printed when you order it and shipped to your door from the Squeeze store.
How old do you have to be?
There’s no age limit on running a stand. The listing belongs to the grown-up whose email is on it, and they stay in control of it.
What happens to my email?
We use it to reply to your message, and that’s all. You’ll get a short note straight away so you know it arrived.
Does a stand need a permit?
Not from the state of Oklahoma. A homemade lemonade stand sold by the people who made it is exempt from state licensing and inspection under the Homemade Food Freedom Act (2 O.S. § 5-4.3). It asks for one sign at the stand, which a listed stand’s kit prints. Towns can have rules for parks and sidewalks; a driveway is private property. The whole answer, with the law quoted.
